Modern electronics require thousands of microscopic holes drilled through fiberglass and copper laminates. These solid carbide drills, often thinner than a human hair and spinning at speeds exceeding 100,000 rpm, must complete tens of thousands of holes without breaking or deviating.

His successor's path is almost identical. ้ๅฏ็ฅฅ Zhong Kexiang, 53, a doctorate holder and professor-level senior engineer, began as a shift leader in the same tungsten workshop, then Youth League secretary, deputy workshop director, manufacturing department manager and party branch secretary, general manager of ๅฆ้จๅ้นญ้ๅฑ Xiamen Jialu Metal, party deputy secretary and discipline inspection secretary of the listed company, general manager of ้ฟๆฑ้้พ็จๅ Changting Jinlong Rare Earth, vice president, and executive vice president from April 2021.5 He joined the board in May 2024 and was elected chairman on April 22, 2026, becoming legal representative, with a term running to May 9, 2027.16
President ๅด้ซๆฝฎ Wu Gaochao, 59, came up the other pillar: technician at GESAC, electromechanical department manager, business department manager, deputy general manager, general manager โ then vice president, discipline inspection secretary and executive vice president of the parent before becoming president in April 2015.5

Xiamen Tungsten converted roughly 5.0% of total revenue into net profit in 2025, compared to 7.3% for China Tungsten & High-Tech, while group return on equity compressed over three consecutive years as management simultaneously expanded four distinct business lines.410
